Bouldin

Like Travis Heights, Bouldin is one of the last eclectic South Austin areas that really has the Keep Austin Weird feeling, while being developed with some high-end modern homes. When Big Red Sun started putting together their crazy-cool mix of large metal discs and cactus back in the day, most of the folks in Bouldin were quick to adopt the fun, funky look. Close to Downtown, St. Eds and SoCo, Bouldin is easily one of the areas that has a pull for entrepreneurs and techies who want to be in a charming bungalow or a contemporary home while being close in but feeling “far out” with total Austin vibes
