When do you know the house is the right house? How many will we look at?
Well, in the information economy, there is so much data out there to look at prior to getting into the homes and neighborhoods, as a great realtor would do, we will help you identify the items which are your priorities, your absolutely musts and the absolutely nots of your property needs, whether it is a primary residence, or an income property, and face it, all properties, are assets, so we need to look at it from all angles.
Once we are able to make sure we’re navigating you towards your priorities, and you know what you’re willing to give and take, without really settling, you have found the proper home. Sometimes it is one, sometimes it can be a few more, as we walk through a home with you, will look at your body language and listen for key words you say. Sometimes a house you didn’t realize was going to be the one can be the one you go back to based on listening to the words and the way you feel when you’re in it.
Looking at 30 houses doesn’t have to make it the right process, it could be the right one for you, however, it can be easier, when you have the right team, helping you through the process, listening and guiding you.
