Virginia Association of Realtors Announces an Impending Shift in the Market

After the way this year has been going, people can probably continue to do their happy dance, whether they are buying or selling a home in Northern Virginia. VAR indicates that Northern Virginia is heading in the direction of a buyer’s market. We have seen appreciation of property values thanks to the low inventory that caused the seller’s market and a continuation of record low interest rates which still allow for buyers to scoop of these homes even with their values on the rise!
