Have you checked out the new 2013 BAH Rates
If you are in the military, you have no doubt noticed that they released the 2013 rate adjustment for Basic Allowance for Housing. Note that about twenty one percent of the stations saw a decrease in the amount of BAH, but that it is made clear that this if for people new to that duty station, not for people that were already there and receiving a specified amount.
It is important to state that there are also some regions which saw a rather large increase in their BAH due to the specific rate changes in housing affordability and groceries based on data provided by the US Department of Agriculture, USDA.
