In a recent meeting at an up and coming luxury condominium, we discussed with the developer how the grey hand scraped floors are still in, but what happens when they start to go “out?” The next big thing is the bleached oak! Yes, the pickled floors are coming back. Think Scandanavian and or beach-inspired easy breezy bleached oak. It is lovely.
Camel color is everywhere, thanks of the Scan-minimalizam. Dark rust colors hughes blending with the color of the year’s greenery look fabulous! Also, people are really digging wall paper again! If you have been trying to get your home tech-chic, make sure you hide it… glamorously!
