When I am looking through the massive amounts of homes for sale for my buyer clients, I am generally given parameters to not go below 800sf for their livable square footage. I don’t know how some folks can be in space that is way too large for themselves, when I imagine those who live in 12,000sf for a couple and a small dog or just a couple! Now, imagine being couple, and living in less than 500sf.
