You have seen Zillow’s call for their 2016 predictions for what will be the big design trends heading into 2016. Houzz.com has just released their estimations of what will be all the rage in home design and trending. From big format tile to minimalistic white paint with one focal wall, there are all sorts of ideas floating around in their projections, so there is probably something here for everyone. I will take away that there is a lot of re-use and adaptability from the list, and living up here in Northern Virginia, where we have tons of housing stock that is older and needs a bit of TLC, we can probably get away with every aspect of these designs… just not all at once.
