Busboys and Poets of Shirlington will be hosting the first of many health and wellness events, starting Tuesday, December 9th, 6:00-8:00pm.
The goal of the event is to educate those interested in having the healthiest and happiest life possible and network in the community. This event is free to you and the public, with a possibility of a 100+ people in attendance ready to learn about how to keep it healthy going into the new year!
There is an opportunity for you to speak at the event and give back to the community by offering some free, valuable information.
Speakers of Health/Wellness and Fitness will be invited.
- They will Speak offering some free tips to live a healthier/happier holiday.
- There will be plenty of time for networking.
- Coupons, free sessions or discounted rates on services will be offered.
- We expect this to be fun and for people to walk away learning information from health professionals and for it to be a wonderful networking event for small businesses and the community.
