When you have found the place that you want to call home, you will know. Right? Most folks say that you know “home” when you walk in the front door. You will know within the first 10 seconds of walking in a space if you can imagine yourself in the space, and living there.
I love watching my clients fall in love with a home, and when they start to develop and understanding for their style. In Northern Virginia Real Estate, I have found that many people are looking for the same feel in the home itself- by that, I mean the construction. That doesn’t mean that the furniture and the items that go into the home will all be cookie-cutter and fit into one another’s homes. That is certainly not the case.
