Last year, Marina Ospina-Walz, Brooke Schara and I decided to embark on the coordination of an environmentally focused social group. Green Drinks Arlington, a chapter of the internationally known Green Drinks Group, seemed like the only natural next step, so we started this little group that is now over 150 strong! It’s a new year, and a hot new spot in Ballston! Join us in downtown Ballston this month to kick off the new year in the all-new Rustico on Wilson Blvd. Touted as one of the top 50 restaurants in DC- with 443 beers on tap- we can’t go wrong! We’d love to share about the Art + Wine event where we raised awareness for two great causes, and of course, we’d love to hear about what is going on with all of our fellow green drinkers for the new year!
What does my affiliation and dedication to this community building group mean for my real estate clients? I am constantly meeting and networking with people who are interested in green real estate, green building, and the community- come meet some of the folks who help make this group such a success.
