As we’re winding down the Summer Season, there are lots of things going on! Here is a little video snapshot of what is going on in today’s market in Northern Virginia Real Estate! Interest Rates are still lower than they have been, but are fluctuating; housing inventory is still low- keeping us in a seller’s market; buyer’s are still competing.
