OMG, y’all. I have a trusted vendor list that is quite extensive. I think of it this way, your realtor should be your human equivalent of Alexa: only, let’s be nice, and not say things like “Genevieve get me a ____” All I can say is I’ve got a person to take care of just about all of the things that have to do with your home, and they have done excellent work for me and for my past clients.
Your realtor should be able to get your information about your local area, home needs to provide service beyond the sale.
