Station Square condominiums offer its residents amenities and urban living in Arlington VA.
When I first told my friends and neighbors that we were moving up to the DC Metro area, they immediately said that we just had to google the Arlington Rap… then came the”answer” in the Clarendon Rap and I just thought these guys were so clever and that their expression and passion for their neighborhoods was the most hilarious thing ever. “Meet me at the Starbucks, or the Starbucks, or the Starbucks…” You know what I mean. We even recently played a round of guess what Starbucks this is a picture of on the main Arbour Realty facebook page (Don’t forget to check out my facebook page!). Of course, after being up here for some time now, the novelty of the dueling raps has worn off, but the liveliness and authenticity that is Clarendon is still fresh and pulsing.
Remmy and his buddy are totally right- Arlington is the place to be, and Clarendon is a total hot spot for activity (The Clarendon Farmer’s Market, yoga at Lululemon), entrainment (Clarendon Ballroom for some hipster fun, Faccia Luna for delectable pizza, Iota Club and Galaxy Club music venues, Eventide for a lovely evening on the living roof, Witlow’s, La Tasca to share sangria and maybe some manchego, Cheesecake Factory for let’s face it… the simple sweets, Gua Rapo for luscious Latin American flavor), shopping (Local shoe vendor ShoeFly, South Moon Under for their designer labels and super chic ensembles, The Apple Store- just because, it is the Apple Store, Loft, William Sonoma for the random coffee samples you know you wonder in there for and funky kitchen gadgets), and you’re never too far from some decent coffee (Boccato Gelato & Espresso, RIP: Murky Coffee and there is always the Starbucks, or the Starbucks…).
