Grace is my amazing assistant. She is the one who will help do everything from scheduling the appointments we go out to go look at properties, to helping to establish the best communication style- email, video chat, text, or phone and everything in between! Grace pays attention to the details and streamlines the processes behind the scenes to make sure we all have what we need to make every day a great day in the office. She is a marketing maven, speaks multiple languages and is a phenomenal pastry chef!
Lisa is the multi-talented client care manager that I tell you, is terrific. Lisa is the brilliance behind ensuring that every contract is processed smoothly, and working to uphold and improve my team’s environmental commitment. Lisa understands the importance of customer service and strives to ensure every one of my clients is given the attention they deserve. She is a world traveler and loves to ski.
Many moving parts
Folks never really realize what all goes on behind the scenes in a real estate office, but there are definitely a lot of cogs in the machine. From the minute that start a conversation, listening to what you are needing to do in your life to move forward in your real estate process, to the second that we write a contract and deliver it to title, hundreds of emails are exchanged, with the lender, the title company, the inspector, the photographers, the stagers, the cleaners, and all sorts of other people who make the magic happen. From the appraiser to the processors of title, we know how to get the work done the right way. These cogs in the machine are people… truly wonderful people, who are here to help you have a fantastic real estate experience, because this is what we do for a living, and our living is helping you with a major part of your life.
