Advon Real Estate’s founder and broker, Genevieve Concannon, is pleased to announce the merging of Advon Real Estate to TTR Sotheby’s International Realty as of June 1, 2019.
Advon will become part of the 275-year-old brand at TTR Sotheby’s known for their luxury brand experience, attention to detail and impeccable service as the Advon Group. This will be a continuation of their current business, which will remain led by Genevieve Concannon, top-producing land and boutique development broker. Genevieve, along with her dedicated and talented team of nine savvy agents will continue to serve the Northern Virginia as well as the DC Metro markets in their already well regarded capacity, now backed by TTR Sotheby’s International.
Advon has carved out a brilliant niche with both luxury homes, boutique developers, builders and new construction in Northern Virginia. They will be able to do more with the in-house media team, local roots and international reach of TTR’s Realogy network coupled with Advon’s already diverse and unique proven strategies. We are all very excited about this announcement and can’t wait to see the excellent work that Advon Group will cultivate as a part of the TTR Sotheby’s family.
