Removing a Wall
One of the things I am asked over and over in my real estate escapades… can you guess it? “Is this a load bearing wall?” Or “Do you think I can take this wall out?” Or “Can this come out?” (gesture of a pat-pat-pat to the wall). Well, my friends, structural engineers, and architects love to have that question asked of them. I am neither of those things; however, I have done enough work in the residential real estate and new construction world to know when a wall can typically come down to reveal an fabulous space.
