Day 23:
What do you do if you have pets in the house while you want to sell? Do you have a best solution for that?
Such a great questions. We want for you and your fur babies to have the best, most stress-free experience when you are selling your home. Example: a note of the door: don’t let cat out. Really? Then the cat gets out, the cat gets lost… and plus, y’all there is eau-de chat in the house.
Let’s just not have that happen in the first place. Can fe-fe be put-up at your besties house for the weekend while we’re in the biggest showing time basically Wednesday- Sunday? And come home after the inspections are complete? And for Fido, you know you don’t want to have man’s best friend jumping on your prospective buyers, or being traumatized by someone sticking their fingers in his crate.
How about sending him to the dog ranch or his puppy-grandparents for the extent of the sale, or at least through inspections and the appraisal. This will lessen stress for the fur babies, you and while you’ll miss their furry faces, you will not be worried about what happens to them while the showings are going on. We suggest they get a little pet vacay, if at all possible.
