How much will it cost me to do a big renovation?
Well, I wish I could just tell you that. We can’t ball park things like this, you guys. With the cost of materials rising, and selection choices being key, there isn’t a magic number for the actual cost of a large scale build.
The best suggestion is to have your builders of choice to give you true cost to build at the current rate and get real quotes based on your honest needs and anticipated selections, is is like asking how much a car costs knowing you want a Ferrari, but looking at a Honda. They are very different comparisons and can’t be compared and “ball parked.”
