As a broker, I have done many year-in-reviews, where I take a look at the year’s progression from the standpoint of sales and where the year has passed by. This year is a little bit different, because it is the first year of being a broker of my own firm, with agents have come on board to a company that is something that they believe in, and that just so happens to be mine. They believed in what my company stands for, and that means a lot. This goes to our amazing clients, too.
Our clients could have worked with anyone. In Northern Virginia, there are over twelve thousand agents who work in the real estate field. That is over twelve thousand options of whom our clients could have chosen to work with, and they chose to work with us at Advon Real Estate. As clients at Advon Real Estate, we sincerely hope that you got the service, integrity, work, and genuine family oriented care that we aim to provide in everything we do. We never want anyone to feel like a number, and it is my honest hope that year-over-year, we will continue to thrive in the same manner that we were able to this year, our first year. It is my hope that people will continue to send their friends, family and colleagues to us, because they know that we will work tirelessly to accomplish their real estate needs, whether it is selling a home so they can move on to their next phase in life, or buy a home to start a new chapter.
