Have you gotten sort of sick of the repetitive “McLean Craftsman” that isn’t even a Craftsman style home? I believe it! Every where we turn, we have some strange iteration of another designer’s “craftsman concept” that really isn’t even the true definition of the architectural style. Interestingly enough, people are deviating from old styles and creating new trends of their own. I was scouring the new design trends to see what is up and coming, that could actually look like a home next door, and I think I have found a few good ones! Here is the first of what I found. What do you think?! It is the “Flexible New Southern Home.” By David Pillsbury. I think the floor-plan makes great sense and is flexible, just as the name implies.
