When I was a teenager, I had a dear friend’s family who built a wonderful straw bale home. It became something that I would think about over and over and made me want to delve deeper into the green building world as an adult. Guess what?! Now, nearly twenty years later, the “weird house” down the street that other neighbors thought was such a strange way to build a home, is something “on the forefront.” Way to go, guys.
