Open Houses aren’t Quite what they used to be.
This is a gross way to think of it, but sometimes, it just happens to work out this way at an Open House:
Hi! Welcome to my open house… Now, tell me everything about you… Because I’m going to use it against you later because I don’t represent you, I represent the seller- but you don’t know that!
Well, not really. But, sort of; especially if the agent is practicing dual agency…
