The QM mortgage changes are in effect, but people are still buying. Inventory is low, and if you’ve been thinking about selling, now is the time for us to talk about setting you up for success!One of the major things I wanted to do for my clients coming into 2014, in terms of setting them up for success, was launching my five guidebooks. Having a very transparent process for buyers, sellers, relocaters, renters and a firm grasp on my trusted vendors was a huge deal. My new guide books are available for my clients and soon to be clients to help them navigate the seemingly daunting waters of real estate. Upcoming events in Northern Virginia

Thanks to people like my friends at the Nauck Community Services Center, Arlington Federal Credit Union, Arlingtonians for a Clean Environment, I am working on several upcoming projects to benefit the local Arlington and surrounding communities. Just like last year, I will coordinate with the NCSC for a donation day. Last year’s was so successful, I want to do it again!
