All of my listings have gone under contract in super-short amount of time!
My Ashburn listing went under contract in less than 24 hours back in June and my Oak Hill(Herndon) listing went under contract in record time for the neighborhood, too and at a phenomenal record price. I was so pumped up, because since March, when I began  real estate coaching, I have noticed the slight nuances of how things can really change if you just keep at it… habits, gratitude, and service. My clients know how much they mean to me; they are like my extended family, and it is always my intent to serve my clients above all else. Yep… I continue to hone in on my real estate skills, making it my goal to ensure that I know more about the inner workings of the finance and settlement world through the NVAR Finance and Settlement Forum and I intend on being a part of Young Professionals Network, or YPN for the remainder of the year. I have also earned two more designations to keep me on my game for my clients! I now hold an EarthAdvantage Broker STAR Certification as well as EarthCraft Sales Professional Certification and hope to achieve the CRS designation by year’s end to better serve you and yours.

Giving Back the the Community
Did you hear about the Spring Cleaning Extravaganza I organized to  benefit local and national charities in June? I organized a 1 day donation drive to benefit local and national non-profits along with my friends at Option-1 Title. On Saturday 6/15 from 10am-2pm, we raised over 3000 lbs. of household goods to go to The NCSC, and Salvation Army.
