Appraisals are something we have to keep our eyes on, to make sure that buyer’s are getting into property not quite at the height of the market, and that seller’s are still getting a great price negotiated by their listing agent. The perfect storm means that with little to no inventory for buyers to choose from, the feeding frenzy becomes quite apparent when all of the buyers flock to the same house all at once when a new home hits the market.
