Even hosting their own Spring home and garden tour, Lyon Park is an ideal Arlington location featuring a nice mix of Craftsman homes, bungalows and even Victorian and Queen Anne’s! Close in to Clarendon and Courthouse, Lyon Park gives residents fantastic access to alternative commuter options if needing to get into The District, which is less than five miles away.
In 2009, the re-development of one of the original 1950’s strip malls of Arlington, Lee Shopping Center commenced. It has now been well underway for several years and includes some mixed-use development, but tried to keep the historic preservation requirements in mind while making the Arlington form-based-code updates.
