Just so you can keep tabs, I have been writing as a columnist for Agent Genius, a fantastic online magazine that is a Realtor and Social Media resource. I wanted to give you a snippet from two of my recent favorite articles just so you can have a little taste of what I do as a Real Estate expert in Northern Virginia for my fellow Realtors across America and beyond. I wanted to do this so you can see a bit about what I give out to my colleagues so that we can build a better foundation for our profession and how I view what we can do to become even more valuable for our clients, yeah- I mean you!

Back in the day, when most people heard the term prefabricated home or modular home, the image of a double-wide sitting in the midst of an RV park with an awning and AstroTurf may have been the first thing to come to mind. If not that, then possibly half of a home barreling down the highway with plastic wrap flapping in the breeze while a pick up with a yellow blinking light that illuminated the “over-sized load” that blocked your path may have flipped through your idea bubble overhead.
As I continue to educate my fellow Realtors and real estate professionals, I am still doing the same things for my clients: looking out for their best interests, staying on top of the latest trends and keeping up to date on what is going on in my market of Northern Virginia.
