This weekend I got an expected, yet unexpected treat. That makes sense, right? So, I have some awesome clients who are looking for a new construction home, but the place they want to check out doesn’t even have the mock up unit yet, the Whoo-hoo moment happened when I discovered that the new construction is going to be done by EYA, one of my favorite Northern Virginia builders, who happens to be planning one of the coolest projects to come to NoVa real estate in a very long time. The next whoo-hoo moment came when I discovered that we could check out their project over in Old Town Commons in Alexandria, because their two model units are going to be quite similar on the interior to what is going to be offered at this new project over in Merrifield!
